FirstPerson has named Tiffany Polster as a talent advisor. She has been in the training and development arena for more than a decade. Polster oversees the recruitment and talent development strategies. She received her master’s degree from Ball State University and has numerous facilitator training certifications, including Development Dimensions International, CMOE’s Coaching and Wilson Social Styles.
