FirstPerson has hired Matt Henry (pictured) as vice president and Megan Nail (pictured) as compensation advisor. Henry previously served as vice president of human resources at Viral Launch. Nail most recently served as senior human resources & compensation manager at Faegre Baker Daniels. Also, Cameron Troxel has been named advisor and Erin Greene client engagement specialist at the firm’s sister company, Performance Lab.
