Clarksville-based First Savings Bank announced that Vice Chairman Mike Ludden will not seek re-election to its board of directors. He has served 27 years, including two years as chairman from 2005 to 2017. 

Ludden is president & chief operating officer of L. Thorn Company, Inc., a construction materials distributor based out of New Albany.
