Fishers-based First Internet Bancorp has promoted Nicole Lorch to chief operating officer. She most recently served as senior vice president of retail banking.
Lorch has been with the bank since it opened in 1999. She has also previously served as director of marketing and vice president of marketing and technology with the company.
