Fishers-based First Internet Bank has hired Pam Scott as vice president of small business operations. She has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, most recently at Harvest Small Business Finance. Scott has also had leadership roles with CIT Small Business Lending Corp., Radar Lender Services and First Home Bank.
