First Financial Bank has promoted Mandy Neeley to chief consumer banking and strategy officer. She began her career by working in a First Financial banking center in 2003.

As chief consumer banking officer, Neeley is responsible for ensuring that First Financial is meeting the needs of consumers wherever and whenever they choose to interact with the bank. Providing the proper mix of in-person, self-service and digital banking options has been critical during the pandemic and will remain a top priority for First Financial. As chief strategy officer, she provides leadership over the development of First Financial’s corporate priorities and key initiatives, including product development, client segmentation and the bank’s distribution strategy.

In addition to oversight of corporate strategy and the consumer banking division, with more than 1,000 employees, Neeley is also responsible for the marketing, product development and corporate communications teams.
