First Financial Bank Makes Leadership Change

First Financial Bank has hired Scott Poling as commercial market manager after the announced retirement of regional market president for South Central Indiana Al Roszczyk following a 38-year banking career. Poling previously served as market president for Old National Bank. He serves as a board member and committee chair on the United Way of Bartholomew County.
