First Federal Bank has named Mindy Szczepanski assistant vice president of financial sales manager for their Fort Wayne branches. She most recently worked at Fidelity National Title as a commercial account executive. Szczepanski previously held a position in specialty sales with National City Bank, now PNC, and served as a business banking relationship manager for JPMorgan Chase & Co. She is a board member for the Risk Management Association of Northern Indiana and Arlington Park Homeowners Association. Szczepanski received her BA in French from Indiana University.
