A Frito-Lay North America Inc. facility in Gas City has been deemed a total loss after a fire. Our partners at WTHR-TV in Indianapolis report no one was inside the warehouse at the time. Gas City Fire Chief Dave Linn says the products inside the building allowed flames to quickly spread.

Damage is estimated at $425,000.

Gas City crews has to call in help from Upland to control the blaze.
