Finish Line Youth Foundation Launches Grant Program

The Finish Line Youth Foundation in Indianapolis has launched its 2021 Louder Than Words Grant program. The foundation says the program will provide $500,000 to communities of color, both within the Foundation’s far eastside neighborhood in Indianapolis, as well as around the country.
The program is an effort to support Finish Line’s stand against racial injustice as well as its commitment to acting against bigotry, hate and violence. The foundation says it will support nonprofit organizations that offer programming or activities with a focus on commitment and capacity to deliver positive impact to diverse communities.
“Our company made a promise to fuel long term solutions that make our organization, employees and communities better,” said Marty Posch, Finish Line Youth Foundation president. “Through internal discussions with our team members, as well as members of leadership, we knew one way we could make a true impact was through highlighting and amplifying organizations that champion people of color and provide them with the resources and support they deserve.”
According to the foundation, the program will delegate $500,000 to qualifying organizations that will have the opportunity to apply for grants ranging from $10,000 to $50,000.
