Dusty Simmons has been promoted to vice president of membership development at Financial Center First Credit Union. She previously held the role of marketing campaign officer. Simmons worked in various marketing roles at Old National Bank before joining Financial Center. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ball State University.
