Fort Wayne-based Felderman Design-Build has promoted Jeff Maines and Mike Cress to senior project managers. Maines joined the firm in 1994 and also serves as resident MIS manager and graphic designer. Maines also previously served the team in both architectural design and estimating capacities. 

Cress has been with the firm since 2006. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology and an Associate degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. Cress previously worked as a field engineer, fire protection sales assistant.
