FedEx Looking For Seasonal Workers

FedEx opened its Indianapolis hub in 1988.

FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) has announced plans to hire more than 1,300 seasonal workers in Indianapolis ahead of the peak holiday season. The company says the majority of the jobs include package handling and other support positions at FedEx Express and FedEx Ground facilities.

FedEx says it is also hiring for permanent positions as well and will continue to add more positions as needed during the holidays. Many of the workers hired for the seasonal jobs will have the opportunity to continue after the holidays, according to the company.
