FedEx Adding 2,000 Holiday Jobs

The Indianapolis hub opened more than 25 years ago and employs thousands of Hoosiers.

FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) is looking to hire 2,000 people in Indianapolis ahead of the holiday season. The company says the jobs include permanent part-time package handlers and other support positions.

The majority of the jobs will be at the FedEx Express hub and Ground terminals at Indianapolis International Airport. FedEx says some of the newly-hired employees will have the opportunity to continue working after the holidays.
