February Gaming Revenue Picks Up

The state reports adjusted gross revenue was $187 million, compared to $178 million during the same month last year.
Of the state’s 13 gaming operations, 10 reported increases in revenue, including Ameristar Casino Hotel in East Chicago, which was up $2.1 million to $20.9 million. Blue Chip Casino Hotel in Michigan City saw a $1.8 million increase, bringing its February total to $13.2 million.
Horseshoe Hammond Casino saw the biggest dip in the state, dropping $419,000 to $35.6 million last month. Belterra Casino Resort in Florence fell $262,000 to $8.2 million.
