Halderman Farm Management & Real Estate Services in Wabash says the Stouffer property was auctioned for a total of nearly $6.2 million. A single buyer purchased the majority of the 10 tracts of land. On average, the farmland went for $7,846 per acre.
Halderman’s Pat Karst said "we had several people bidding on individual tracts, combinations and the whole farm. This was a fantastic example of how our multi-parcel auction process helps sellers achieve top dollar in the marketplace and allows bidders to buy the parcels they want."
One tract included an acre of land and a three-bedroom home that sold for $92,500. You can connect to more about the property, including flyover footage by clicking here.
