The Farmers Bank has promoted Russ Odle to personal trust officer. He joined the bank in 2019 as trust client services representative. Odle has worked in various capacities, including financial planning, investment management and most recently as a bank branch manager. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 2006. 

Also, Ben Shaffer has been named vice president commercial banking officer. He has 13 years of banking experience with the last seven years being in business banking and commercial lending. Shaffer graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University and has an MBA from Anderson College in Finance.
