Fanning Howey has promoted Tim Lehman to chief executive officer and Andy Miller to chief operations officer. Lehman most recently served as chief engineering officer and holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Toledo College of Engineering. Miller most recently held the role of project executive and holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University.
