Fairbanks Foundation hires communications officer

The Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation has hired Andrea Farmer as chief communications officer. She previously was director of external engagement and government affairs at Indiana Donor Network. Farmer holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
