Jarrett Baughman has been named an associate in the corporate group at Faegre Baker Daniels. He practices in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Baughman counsels on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, licensing transactions and financing transactions.

Previously, he practiced as a litigator at the Chicago firm of Swanson Martin & Bell, where he represented clients in commercial disputes, settlement proceedings and class action matters.

Baughman earned his law degree cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Northwestern University in 2013.
