The goal of the Buy Indiana Expo in French Lick is to get more small Indiana companies involved in doing business with Crane. Director of Small Business Programs Reggie Joslin says the installation made about $230 million worth of purchases in Indiana in 2014. During a Studio(i) interview, he says last year's Buy Indiana Expo attracted about 220 companies. Joslin talked about what this event means for small businesses during a Studio(i) interview.

FRENCH LICK, Ind. – The Linton-Stockton Chamber of Commerce in participation with Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC Crane), announces the 18th Annual Buy Indiana Business Expo. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2015.
The Business Expo will be held at the French Lick Resort and Casino, French Lick, IN from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is open to the public. There will be breakout sessions with information on conducting business with the federal government.
Under the “Buy Indiana” initiative, NSWC Crane solicits local area businesses first for purchases not expected to exceed $25,000 and especially for bankcard purchases of $3,000.
