Expansion Announcement Set For Indy

Subscribe NowGovernor Eric Holcomb and Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett will Thursday afternoon join executives from Switzerland-based dormakaba for an announcement. While specific details have not been released, the Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the announcement is related to a business expansion.
The announcement will take place at the dormakaba facility on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The Swiss company took over that space in 2017 after acquiring the majority of the mechanical security businesses of Connecticut-based Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) in a $725 million deal.
The announcement is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
