Exit Factor opens Fort Wayne location

A business consulting franchise based in West Palm Beach, Florida has opened a new location in Fort Wayne. Exit Factor specializes in exit planning for small-to-mid-size companies in the nonprofit and small business sectors.
The new location will be led by Brent Stringer, who has leadership experience in finance, operations, administration, and strategic planning, Exit Factor said in a news release.
“Exit Factor aims to lead the way in Indiana by helping business owners recognize the full value of what they’ve built,” Stringer said in a news release. “Exit planning isn’t just about the end; it’s about building a stronger, healthier business today. Owners pour their blood, sweat, and tears into creating something significant. With Exit Factor, they now have the support to see those efforts reflected in the worth of their company.”
Exit Factor was founded by Jessica Fialkovich, who previously owned a Transword Business Advisors franchise. Stringer previously served as a business broker for Transworld in Fort Wayne, according to his LinkedIn profile.
