A prominent Indiana technology company is taking center stage today in Silicon Valley. ExactTarget Chief Executive Officer Scott Dorsey will deliver a keynote at Salesforce.com' s (NYSE: CRM) Dreamforce event in San Francisco. More than 130,000 are registered to attend the conference. Dorsey will be focusing on the Indianapolis-based company’s emerging marketing technology. The email marketing provider announced its new customer platform this morning at the Silicon Valley conference.

Salesforce.com completed a $2.5 billion deal for ExactTarget earlier this year.

ExactTarget is keeping operations based in Indianapolis, even though the parent company operates out of San Francisco.
