Organizers of an event at Launch Fishers next week say it will spotlight how strengthening employee culture can spark innovation and boost a company’s bottom line. eX Summit founder Stephan Vincent says business leaders from throughout the Indianapolis area will cover employee experience topics ranging from personalized pay and benefit packages to office design. eX Indy is Thursday, September 22 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Launch Fishers. It will feature 20-minute talks on topics including "The Power of Place" from Carla Hill of Business Furniture, applying office design to spark innovation from Nathan Sinsabaugh of Studio Science and how to measure employee engagement from Todd Richardson and Brian Deyo of Emplify.
The event will also include a panel focusing on creating employee culture in a company’s startup phase, during growth and through a merger or acquisition as well as using culture to attract and retain top talent. The panel will feature Fusion Alliance Chief Executive Officer Doug Brown, MOBI Wireless Chief Operating Officer Nanci Churchill, Angie’s List Inc. (Nasdaq: ANGI) Senior Vice President of Product Shelly Towns, former Signpost COO Rod Feuer and Torchlite co-founder Shawn Herring. Professional training and coaching consultant Sam Thompson will moderate the panel.
