A central Indiana community of technology entrepreneurs and investors is planning an education celebration this week in Indianapolis. Verge says the event is an opportunity for the organization to reflect on accomplishments and what members have learned in 2013. In a Studio(i) interview, Founder Matt Hunckler says it will examine the intersection of education and startups in Indiana. Indiana University and TechPoint are collaborating on Wednesday's event at The Conrad.

It will feature an investor panel, including representatives from Elevate Ventures and Chicago Ventures.

Hunckler says 10 companies will be on display and people who attend will have opportunities to speak with the founders of those startups.
