Event to Discuss State of Manufacturing Industry

Accounting firm Katz Sapper & Miller will today release the results of the 2016 Indiana Manufacturing Survey. The firm will present the findings at the inaugural Indiana Manufacturers Hall of Fame Induction Luncheon in Indianapolis.
The firm says the survey, subtitled "Roadblocks to Prosperity," indicates that "regulatory burdens and the state’s shortage of skilled workers continue to be top concerns for the vital industry." The survey will detail what this mean’s for Indiana’s manufacturing sector.
Purdue University President Mitch Daniels will deliver the keynote address at the event, which will also celebrate the first companies to be inducted into the Indiana Manufacturers Hall of Fame. The inductees include:

The event, being hosted by the Indiana Manufacturers Association, will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Biltwell Event Center in downtown Indianapolis.
