Event Management Firm Relocates to Indiana

An event management company specializing in the development of sports-related travel packages for fans is moving its headquarters to Indianapolis. Sports and Entertainment Travel LLC says it is relocating from Champaign, Illinois.

The company says for the past four years, SET’s main operations hub has been housed in the Indianapolis area, but all departments will now be joined together under one roof.

“Indy is a sports-minded city, and we are confident that Sports and Entertainment Travel will help our city continue to grow tourism,” said John Sobieralski, director of partner relations with Visit Indy.

As a full-service travel and tour management company, SET says it delivers the “ultimate fan travel experience” by utilizing its travel, hospitality, sports marketing, and sales experience to develop custom travel plans.

The company also announced it hired Laura Cooper-Arnold as executive vice president, who brings 20 years of event planning experience to the job.
