Evansville-based Donaldson Capital Management has promoted Sarah Moore to CEO, the wealth management and advisory firm said. Moore succeeds Mike Hull, and the firm said the move is part of ongoing succession plans.
Moore joined DCM in 2018 and has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as president since August 2022.
“In the best interest of our clients, we continue executing a smooth transition from DCM’s founders to our next generation of leaders,” Hull said in a news release. “As Sarah assumes the role of CEO, DCM clients are receiving a level of advice and service at a higher level than at any time since Greg Donaldson founded the company thirty years ago.”
Prior to joining DCM, Moore spent eight years with J.P. Morgan with a two-year stint at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, according to her LinkedIn profile.
DCM said Hull will continue as chairman of the board for the firm, remain on the firm’s Investment Policy Committee, and continue to serve a small group of clients.
