Financial terms of a sale involving a group of Evansville radio stations are emerging. A filing with the Federal Communications Commission says Wisconsin-based Midwest Communications Inc.'s deal for stations owned by South Central Communications Inc. in Evansville is valued at $72 million. South Central Media, which runs the company's radio stations, also operates WIKY, WSTO, WABX, WLFW and WEJK in the Vanderburgh County city.

The sale also includes stations in Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee.
