Evansville-based TableLogix and parent company ProLam Products are now under new ownership. FACILITYConcepts, a furniture manufacturer based in Whitestown, has acquired the businesses with plans to continue their custom-built furniture operations.
The announcement comes as former TableLogix owner Tom Ancona prepares to retire. TableLogix and Prolam Products will continue to operate out of their Evansville location.
“We are excited to have an opportunity to partner with such highly experienced craftsmen,” said FACILITYConcepts Chief Operating Officer Don Mize. “Their employees’ skill set, dedication, and commitment in producing quality products is what made these companies of interest.”
FACILITYConcepts Chief Executive Officer Ken Weaver says the acquisition will expand customer reach and product creation capabilities.
“This acquisition is a great addition to the FACILITYConcepts umbrella of product offers,” said Weaver. “With labor shortages on the rise everywhere causing production delays, this dramatically expands our American manufacturing capabilities and will greatly increase our capacity for output for 2022 and beyond.”
TableLogix has also redesigned its logo. The company says the new logo reflects TableLogix’s mission to make modern, custom furniture and appeal to a wider range of furniture designers.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
