AmeriQual Foods in Evansville has landed a major military contract. The five-year, $117 million contract involves entrée rations for the United States Army and Marine Corps.

The Indiana company was one of three to be awarded five-year ration contracts, The Wornick Co. in Cincinnati earned a $42 million contract, and Valley Foods Inc. in Youngstown, Ohio was awarded a $13 million contract.

The work has an expected completion date of May 26, 2021.
