Indianapolis-based Etica Group has promoted Kevin Miller (pictured) to director of engineering and Toby Winiger (pictured) to director of architecture and building envelope. Also, Rodney Kelly has been promoted to director of survey. 

Miller previously served as transportation engineering department manager. He graduate of Purdue University and has over 20 years of experience.

Winiger most recently served as architecture department Manager. He is a graduate of Ball State University and has over 20 years of experience.

Kelly previously served as survey department manager. He received his education from IUPUI, has been with Etica Group for over 12 years and has 20+ years of experience.
