ETFCU Growth Continues

Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union is progressing on growth plans. It recently completed the acquisition of two American Founders Bank locations in Louisville, which have been rebranded as Liberty Financial branches. An ETFCU branch in Daviess County and two Liberty Financial branches in Tennessee are slated to open in the coming months.
The credit union currently has a total of 17 offices in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and a handful of Liberty Financial mortgage-only offices in Mississippi and Alabama. Its membership currently numbers 204,000. The credit union opened a $22 million headquarters in Vanderburgh County last year. In March, it billed itself as Indiana’s second-largest credit union based on membership.
