The environmental engineering firm has invested more $3 million to renovate a more than 80-year-old facility to accommodate expected growth.
EnviroForensics says the two-building structure, which dates back to the 1930s, formerly housed a transmissions repair garage and a costume warehouse. Chief Executive Officer Steve Henshaw says the facility can not only house the firm’s entire operations, but also allows for local high school students to train and learn about the practical aspects of environmental science.
"I¹m extremely pleased with the way the building has turned out," said Henshaw. "We now have a beautiful work space where people can work, relax and commune, which is something I had always wanted to provide to the team."
The firm is hosting a reception with building tours beginning at 5:00 p.m.
