Entries open for ‘Coolest Thing Made IN Indiana’ contest

The Indiana Chamber of Commerce is now accepting entries for the 2025 Coolest Thing Made IN Indiana competition. The chamber says the goal is to “showcase the wide array of manufacturing happening in the state that has helped its economy thrive.”
The single-elimination, bracket-style competition is free and open to companies that make all types of products. The winning product is determined through fan voting.
To be eligible, a company does not need to be headquartered in Indiana, but the product entered into the competition must be made in Indiana.
“This event has gotten a huge response in terms of entries each year it has been held, and we expect more of the same this year,” Chamber CEO Vanessa Green Sinders said in a news release. “It seems with each passing year, the contest gets more attention from the public, with many thousands of votes cast, and media outlets cover the competition round by round. This event has quickly become a welcome tradition for these businesses and another impactful way to celebrate Hoosier innovation.”
Last year’s competition ended with two winners for the very first time. Hard Truth Whiskey Co. in Nashville and Harpsicle Harps in Rising Sun took top honors.

The winning product will be announced in November. And a special recognition of the final four companies will take place during the Chamber Day luncheon on Feb. 10 in Indianapolis.
