Enlivant Acquires Indiana Senior Communities

The senior care services provider has acquired three senior living communities in Elkhart, Fort Wayne, and Madison, as well as a facility in Iowa.
Financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed. A spokesperson for Enlivant tells Inside INdiana Business there are no plans for any layoffs and the company is looking to fill all current openings.
The communities acquired by Enlivant include:
- Elkhart Place (formerly Beardsley House), 2024 County Road 24, Elkhart, IN
- Chapman Place (formerly Harbour Assisted Living), 3110 Coliseum Blvd. East, Fort Wayne, IN
- Jewel Place (formerly Jewel House), 607 Virginia Ave., Madison, IN
- Reed Place (formerly Reed House), 2506 3rd Ave. North, Denison, IA

The acquisitions bring Enlivant’s total of senior living facilities in Indiana to 29.
