EmployIndy, Marion County’s Workforce Development Board, has hired Jamey Applegate as director of the good wages initiative. He most recently was senior director of social innovation at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. Applegate holds a bachelor’s degree from Haverford College and a master’s degree from Indiana University.
