Indianapolis-based Emmis Communications has promoted David Wood (pictured) to director of programming for Indy Radio. He will continue to serve as program director of WIBC.

Sean Copeland has been promoted to program director of B105.7, while continuing to host the morning show.

Matt Hibbeln (pictured) has been promoted to assistant program director of WIBC.

Also, Eric Allen has been named new afternoon drive host and music director of B105.7.
