Elwood Staffing buys Idaho firm

Columbus-based Elwood Staffing has acquired Boise-based IES Custom Staffing Solutions, an industrial and clerical staffing services provider with offices throughout Idaho and northern Utah. Elwood says the acquisition bolsters its service capabilities and advances growth plans.

Elwood says the deal, which marks the company’s 17th acquisition, enhances its presence in several markets.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Elwood says it is rebranding the acquired IES offices under the Elwood Staffing name immediately.

Elwood operates nearly 300 service locations and employs more than 135,000 temporary associates annually through partnerships with more than 6,000 companies.
