Ellspermann Selects Communications Director
Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann has appointed Dennis Rosebrough director of communications. He previously served in similar roles with the Indiana Department of Insurance and Indianapolis International Airport. October 7, 2013

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann has named Dennis Rosebrough as the new Director of Communications in her executive office. He will be responsible for overseeing the lieutenant governor's media relations and communications for her executive office and six state agencies.
Rosebrough joined the State of Indiana in 2005 as Communications Director at the Family and Social Service Administration and then was a Deputy Commissioner at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Most recently he served as the Communications Director for the Indiana Department of Insurance.
Prior to state government, Rosebrough had a 25-year career at the Indianapolis Airport Authority where he was initially personnel director and then was Public Affairs Director overseeing media, government and community relations. His government service began with the City of Indianapolis as a department public information office and Mayor Bill Hudnut's first Press Secretary.
A graduate of Valparaiso University, Rosebrough is from Indianapolis where he currently resides with his wife and daughter.
“Dennis has extensive experience in government and communications and will be a valuable asset to our team,” said Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann. “His experience will serve as a great addition in managing communications for my office and each of the agencies I oversee. Hoosiers are fortunate to have his continued service to the state.”
