Two northern Indiana executives have been named EY Entrepreneurs Of The Year in the Ohio Valley region. The recognition puts them in the hunt for the prestigious national honor.

Middlebury-based Grand Design RV LLC Chief Executive Officer and co-owner Don Clark and Elkhart-based Kem Krest Chief Executive Officer Amish Shah were among 10 recipients at a gala Thursday in Cincinnati.

The winners were chosen from a panel of regional chief executive officers, other business leaders, private investors and previous award winners.

Program Director for the Ohio Valley Rich Mitchell says "EY has had a tremendous history in honoring outstanding entrepreneurs during the past 30 years. This year’s winners have not only taken their companies to the top, but they have also acted as mentors to their employees and made impressive contributions to their communities."

The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards gala will take place November 19 in Palm Springs, California. The winners of that competition will move on to consideration for the World Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in Monaco a year from now.
