Marketing consultancy Element Three has hired John Gough as senior director of web and digital strategy and Vergil Kelley has a junior web developer. 

Gough most recently founded and served as vice president of client strategy for Skyhook Interactive and holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Kelley most recently was a web developer at a payments processing company, and also on a freelance basis, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University.
