EDGE Mentoring in Indianapolis has added five members to its board of directors, including Kirby Green (pictured) and Micah Vincent (pictured). Additional appointees include Natalie Litera, Katie Lucas and Rick Woolworth.

Kirby Green serves as a field sales representative for Bayer Crop Science. She also hosts the Sharpen Podcast, home to over 10,000 young professionals for content to sharpen influence in the workplace and beyond. 

Vincent serves as vice president of strategy + M&A at The Heritage Group. Prior to that, he served as the chief financial officer for the State of Indiana. Vincent graduated from Purdue University and Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis.

Litera serves as chief operating officer at KSM Consulting.  She also sits on the board for Purposeful Design, an organization dedicated to rebuilding the lives of those broken by homelessness and addiction.

Lucas is the business and philanthropic advisor at Lucas Oil Products. She also serves on the board of the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation. 

Woolworth is a 35-year veteran of Wall Street, having spent the majority of his career at Morgan Stanley in both investment banking and investment management. He currently serves as president of Telemachus which he co-founded in 2010.
