Eastern Indiana Works has promoted Shauna Jester (pictured) to senior director of fiscal services and Robin Douthitt (pictured) to senior director of contracts and grants. Jester previously served as director of fiscal services and as manager of the Delaware and Henry County WorkOne offices. She is a member of the Indiana National Guard, where she holds the rank of Staff Sergeant. Douthitt has served as the director of contracts and grants, and as the manager of youth initiatives.
