East Central Indiana Regional Partnership Inc. (ECIRP) has elected the following as officers: Susan Reed, chairman of the board; Andy Bowne, vice chairman of the board; Lori Luther, past chairman of the board; Tom Miller, treasurer and Karen Karmolinski, secretary. The ECIRP has five new members: Doug Inman, Julie Halbig, Brian Gildea, Matt Prine and Jim Riggle. The organization represents 10 counties.
