Indianapolis-based Earthwave Technologies has hired Jim Hutchins as chief operating officer. He will be responsible for driving overall planning, organizing, and execution of the operations, technology development and customer support functions. Hutchins will direct operations including all software and mobile application development, deployment and maintenance of client hardware and ongoing support of current and future customers. He has been an active member of the Indianapolis tech-community since the late 80s. Hutchins previously worked as vice president of systems development for re:Member Data Services, general manager for Open Solutions and most recently, chief technology officer for T2 Systems. He was recognized as CTO of the Year by TechPoint in 2015. Hutchins has a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
