Early Learning Indiana Names Public Affairs Director

He previously served as communications and policy lead for the Gregg/Hale gubernatorial campaign and managed media and legislative affairs at the Indiana State AFL-CIO. Harris has also previously worked in the Indiana State Senate, the Indiana Economic Development Corp., the Indiana Department of Workforce Development and oversaw public relations efforts for both an Indianapolis-based advertising agency and law firm. He will work with staff to manage policy promotion to key audiences and lead community and media efforts to increase awareness, visibility and people involved in early learning. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Political Science from Ball State University.
