Early Learning Indiana has named Jonathan Dilley chief of staff. He most recently served as chief talent officer and chief of staff at Indianapolis-based Project Lead The Way.

Dilley also spent more than a decade in both private and public sector leadership advisory positions in Washington, D.C., working in the U.S. Congress and with a national government relations firm where he focused on education and economic development policy.
