Earlham Promotes Tanner to VP

She previously served in an interim role. Tanner has nearly three decades of experience in higher education, all at Earlham. She has also previously served as the senior associate vice president for strategic initiatives, associate vice president for institutional advancement, director of alumni relations, director of planned giving and assistant dean of admissions.
Tanner is a 1990 graduate of Earlham earning degrees in biology and sport and movement studies. She also completed graduate-level coursework at Ball State University while teaching special education at Richmond Community Schools.
